**We’re Hiring: Senior Admission Counselor | Madrid Software – Saket, New Delhi** Madrid Software, a leading EdTech institute since 2011, has empowered **50,000+ learners** with career-focused training in **Data Science, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Digital Marketing, Big Data, Salesforce, Full Stack,UI/UX*, and more. Now, we’re looking for an **experienced and sales-driven Senior Admission Counselor** to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead student counseling sessions (calls, walk-ins, online) and convert leads into admissions. * Understand learner goals and recommend the right programs. * Drive **enrollments & revenue growth** by achieving/exceeding monthly targets. * Handle objections, negotiate, and close high-value admissions. * Mentor junior counselors and support them in meeting their targets. * Maintain reports, CRM pipeline, and share feedback with the marketing team. **What We’re Looking For:** * Minimum 6 months of experience** in admissions, sales, or EdTech counseling. * Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills. * Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. * Leadership ability to guide and motivate junior team members. * Bachelor’s degree in any stream (MBA(sales) preferred for fresher). **What We Offer:** * Attractive salary package + **performance-based incentives**. * Fast-track growth into sales. * A dynamic, supportive workplace at our **Saket, New Delhi** office.
