MBA Admission Counsellor Location: Sector-18, Noida Job Type: Full-time Department: Admissions & Outreach Reports To: Head of Admissions / Program Director Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven MBA Admission Counsellor to manage and guide prospective candidates through the MBA admissions process. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of business education, and the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments. You will play a key role in achieving enrollment targets by engaging, educating, and motivating prospective MBA students. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to the MBA program via phone, email, chat, and in-person meetings. Provide personalized counselling to prospective applicants about MBA program offerings, career outcomes, eligibility, specializations, and financial aid. Conduct needs analysis to identify candidate goals and suggest appropriate MBA program options. Organize and lead information sessions, webinars, and one-on-one meetings with prospects. Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to follow up on leads generated from campaigns. Assist applicants throughout the admissions process including form filling, documentation, interview prep, and follow-ups. Maintain and update applicant records in the CRM system. Support walk-ins, campus visits, and education fairs or corporate outreach initiatives. Coordinate with faculty and the admissions team for application reviews and final decisions. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred. 2–4 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or educational sales (experience in MBA/PG programs preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. Understanding of the MBA application landscape, including entrance exams, career outcomes, and industry expectations. High level of professionalism and a student-first approach. Preferred Attributes: Knowledge of domestic and international MBA program trends. Experience in working with working professionals and corporate partnerships. Familiarity with student visa processes (if applicable for international candidates). Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines and targets.
