• Experience: 3–10 years (EdTech industry preferred)

• Working Days: 6 days/week
• CodeSquadz is expanding! We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Admission Counsellor who can guide students, drive admissions, and contribute to our fast-growing EdTech ecosystem.
• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end student counselling and enrolment processes.Understand learner needs and recommend appropriate courses/programs.Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain conversion benchmarks.Conduct follow-ups, demo sessions, and consultations with prospective students.Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to enhance student experience.Maintain CRM records and ensure timely communication.
• Required Skills:3–10 years of experience in student counselling/admissions, preferably in EdTech.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to convert leads and meet targets.Knowledge of IT/Tech career paths and training programs is a plus.Ability to manage high lead flow and maintain quality interactions.
