Senior Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end student counselling and enrolment processes.
• Understand learner needs and recommend appropriate courses/programs.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain conversion benchmarks.
• Conduct follow-ups, demo sessions, and consultations with prospective students.
• Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to enhance student experience.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely communication.

Required Skills

• 3–10 years of experience in

  student counselling/admissions

  , preferably in

  EdTech

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to convert leads and meet targets.
• Knowledge of IT/Tech career paths and training programs is a plus.
• Ability to manage high lead flow and maintain quality interactions.
