Location: Lucknow (On-site)
Salary: ₹25,000/month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B & B2C Sales

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Senior Admissions Counsellor who will manage the admissions process end-to-end, lead the counselling team, and ensure monthly enrolment targets are achieved.
This role requires strong sales experience, team leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admissions counselling, follow-ups, and closures for prospective learners.
• Lead, manage, and support the admissions team to ensure they consistently meet monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide training where needed, and maintain a disciplined workflow.
• Maintain accurate reports on daily leads, conversions, follow-ups, and team performance.
• Represent the company professionally during scheduled B2B meetings with institutions/organizations.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and transparent communication throughout the admission cycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years experience in B2B and B2C sales (Education sales preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a team, motivate them, and take full ownership of monthly outcomes.
• Confident personality with the ability to represent the company in external meetings.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, email & WhatsApp-based communication.

Compensation & Growth

• Fixed salary: ₹25,000/month
