Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Admission Counsellor at Eventrics Multi Tasking Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The Senior Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective students to provide guidance on educational and career opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, offering professional counseling, maintaining communication with students, managing inquiries, and following up on leads. They will also collaborate with educational institutions to align services and promote student placements.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and institutions.
• Proven experience in Customer Service to build and maintain meaningful relationships and provide exceptional support.
• Sales and Education-related expertise to drive student enrollments and understand the nuances of academic programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A background in counseling, education, or a related field is preferred.
