Job Summary

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for managing the entire admission process—from initial enquiry to enrolment—ensuring a positive experience for prospective parents and students. The role involves guiding parents through school programs, coordinating admission activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission enquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online leads) and follow up promptly.
• Counsel prospective parents and students regarding curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
• Maintain and update the enquiry and admission database regularly.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to schedule school visits, interviews, and assessments.
• Support in organizing admission campaigns, open houses, school fairs, and outreach events.
• Ensure all admission documentation is complete and filed accurately.
• Prepare daily/weekly admission reports and share updates with management.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and welcoming approach to all visitors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Education, Marketing, or related field).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or customer relations (preferably in a school or educational setup).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday , Alternate Sundays (Rotational Basis)

Compensation

• As per industry standards and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
