Position: Gymnastics Coach Location: Bannerghatta Road Campus- Bangalore Department: Sports & Performing Arts (SPA) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach to lead and develop gymnastics programs for students across various age groups. The coach will be responsible for planning, conducting, and overseeing training sessions that build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement age-appropriate gymnastics training programs for students. Instruct students in basic to advanced gymnastics techniques. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during practice and performance. Identify and nurture talent for inter-school competitions and performances. Work collaboratively with the SPA team and class teachers to integrate gymnastics into the school’s co-curricular program. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and relevant stakeholders. Maintain and manage gymnastics equipment and space. Requirements: Proven experience as a gymnastics coach or instructor, preferably in a school setting. Relevant certification in gymnastics training or physical education. Strong understanding of child development and physical education principles. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to motivate and engage students of varying skill levels. First aid/CPR certification (preferred). Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹33,815.54 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
