  • Housekeeping & Facility Services

    • Supervision of outsourced and in-house housekeeping teams.
    • Establishing SOPs for cleaning, hygiene, and waste management.
    • Inventory control, linen management, and pest control measures.
  • Compliance & Safety Management

    • Ensuring adherence to

      statutory regulations, fire safety norms, and building codes
