Title: Senior Ad Revenue Specialist
Location: New Delhi, India
The Role: The Ads team is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to learn and support our advertising efforts. You will be a part of a recognized and passionate team that is focused on advanced monetization strategies to bring our amazing products to students.
You will work with the yield and engineering teams to support our goals and initiatives. Prior experience in digital advertising is required, preferably with a Publisher. You should have an understanding of programmatic and direct advertising and a passion for data analysis, understanding and spotting trends and be a proactive communicator to ensure the whole team is aware of your work.
What You’ll Be Working On:

Support the efforts of the yield and engineering team to accomplish business goals.

Design and analyze A/B test to further optimize our ad set up.

Own the development of features and integrations from start to finish. Sizing opportunity, testing, scaling, checking performance at scale.

Help grow our current vendor partnerships by monitoring changes in performance, opportunities, optimization & programmatic strategy. These partnerships include SSP integrations, Identity solutions and 1st party data management vendors.

Leverage various data sources to identify performance trends and proactively generate actionable insights and recommendations.

Communicate initiative progress to leadership in a timely manner and proactively identify risks to timelines.
Requirements:

8+ years of programmatic advertising working within the publisher space.

Experience working with programmatic ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, OpenX, Xandr).

A holistic understanding of the digital advertising landscape (auction dynamics, bid requests, ad mediation).

Experience in leading programmatic strategy, 1st party data management, audience segment creation and high impact formats.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data driven recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills, this is just as important as technical and analytical skills. Properly and proactively communicate roadblocks, timelines, and important updates to the team.
