Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Accounting & Revenue Recognition

• Record and reconcile daily sales from Amazon Seller Central, Shopify stores, and third-party marketplaces
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition, including promotions, discounts, and bundled products
• Track marketplace fees, commissions, FBA fees, fulfilment costs, and advertising charges

Settlement & Payment Reconciliation

• Reconcile Amazon settlement reports with bank deposits
• Match Shopify sales with payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, and credit card gateways
• Monitor refunds, returns, chargebacks, and withheld reserves Inventory & Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

Maintain accurate inventory accounting across FBA, FBM, warehouses, and Shopify fulfilment

• Reconcile inventory between accounting records, marketplace reports, and warehouse systems
• Calculate landed costs, COGS, storage fees, and write-offs for damaged or obsolete inventory

Tax & Compliance

• Manage sales tax / VAT / GST reporting for marketplace and direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales
• Prepare documentation for audits and coordinate with external tax advisors

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly financial statements and marketplace performance reports
• Analyze profitability by SKU, channel, and marketplace
• Track key metrics such as gross margin, ad spend ROI, and contribution margin

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
