Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive with expertise in payroll management and a basic understanding of government regulations related to employee PF, PT calculations, and challans. The ideal candidate will handle accounting tasks, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions and preparing financial statements.

2. Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and deductions.

3. Handle statutory compliance for Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and Employee State Insurance (ESI).

4. Prepare and submit PF and PT challans within the stipulated timelines.

5. Ensure adherence to government regulations and timely submission of necessary documentation.

6. Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

7. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in bank accounts.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

 Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting software.
