Position Overview

As a Senior Account Executive (AE), you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. The person will be responsible for achieving quota by selling solutions into a defined account list that may include current Provakil customers and high-value prospects. The position is a field sales role where the Account Executive will engage in face-to-face sales with customers and prospects either directly or through partners. The Account Executive plans, organizes, leads and controls balanced sales growth, account penetration and customer satisfaction on a long-term multi-quarter basis. This individual may lead a cross-functional sales team and is responsible for creating sales campaigns to penetrate/expand his/her target accounts. The Account Executive must have the ability to articulate an in-depth understanding of the customers environment, current challenges/goals and have the ability to align Provakil solutions to those challenges/goals including a financial and strategic value proposition.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and target enterprise-level prospects through various channels.
  • Generate and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing pipeline progress and forecasted revenue

Client Engagement

  • Understand the needs of each account and match those needs with our company’s solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS

solutions.

Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute an enterprise sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Negotiation and Closing

  • Lead negotiations, address objections, and close complex deals with enterprise clients.
  • Ensure contract terms and conditions meet both client and company objective

Post-Sale Relationship Management

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition post-sale.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience in a SaaS-based product company
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process, SaaS industry, with the ability to articulate

complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
