Role & responsibilities: Prepare LT panel designs, SLDs, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams as per client specifications and standards. Select suitable switchgear components and materials based on load calculations and technical requirements. Optimize panel design for space, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Prepare BOQ, material lists, and accurate cost estimates for tenders and projects. Analyze client/tender specifications and provide technical-commercial proposals. Coordinate with procurement to source cost-effective components and evaluate vendor quotations. Support production by resolving design-related issues during manufacturing. Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, and internal quality standards in design and costing. Maintain updated costing databases, component libraries, and design templates. Collaborate with sales, quality, and testing teams for client approvals, negotiations, and smooth project execution. Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of LT Panels, switchgear, MCC, PCC, APFC panels , and related electrical equipment. Experience in dealing with corporate clients, EPCs, and government tenders is preferred. Deep knowledge of the electrical industry, market players, and industry regulations .

Develop strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and key stakeholders . Ability to read electrical drawings and suggest customized solutions. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, solution selling, and contract negotiation .
