About the Role

experienced and proactive Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
  • Manage cash flow, bank transactions, and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly/yearly budgets, financial statements, and cost-control reports
  • Handle client payments, invoicing (B2B), and salary verification (domestic & foreign)
  • Manage petty cash, vouchers, invoices, and office purchases
  • Handle Softex documentation and EDPMS (SEZ) filings
  • Liaise with government departments and regulatory bodies
  • Maintain contracts, MOUs, FIRC, CPA, and related records
  • Coordinate with CA for audits, GST filing, TDS, PT, and other compliance activities
  • Manage loan accounts, assets, and office inventory
  • Support management with custom financial reports and analysis

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of

    financial accounting

  • Proficiency in

    Tally ERP

    (preferred)
  • Excellent command of

    MS Office

    (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and adapt to regulatory changes
  • Prior experience with statutory compliance, taxation, and audits
  • Comfortable with

    field visits

    to government offices
