Role Overview:

Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Handle vendor payments, billing cycles, and maintain payment schedules in coordination with the operations team.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST filings, and all statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for budget tracking, approvals, and financial planning.
• Implement checks to avoid delays or irregularities in vendor or salary payments.
• Maintain digital and hard-copy records of all financial documentation.
• Handle audits and liaise with external auditors and consultants as required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an agency or service-based industry.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting tools/software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

Working Details:

• Working Days:

  5.5 days a week

• Alternate Saturdays working

  – specifically the

  1st and 3rd Saturday

  of every month

• Office Timings:

  10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• Location:

  Green Park, South Delhi (on-site role)
