Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a regular basis. Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and management activities. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and provide insights to management. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Taxation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with taxation regulations and assist in tax filings. Audit Preparation: Support external audits and ensure all audit requirements are met. Financial Systems Management: Utilize financial software systems to manage financial transactions and data accurately. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks within the company. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Proven experience as a Finance Executive, Finance Officer, or similar role. Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite, TDS , GST Calculations Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Tally is a Must 3 + years Experience in Accounting .
