SALES EXECUTIVE / MANAGER About us: STEELONCALL is the largest steel trading e-commerce space in India, breaking the traditional way of buying and selling steel products. With a strong Pan-India presence, we have offices in Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, providing a dynamic work environment and opportunities to collaborate across key markets in the steel industry. “We are currently looking for a Sales Executive and Manager for our organization”. Sales Executive and Manager responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our business in Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. The ideal candidate should have strong persuasion skills and a passion for sales. Responsibilities ✓ Identify and Develop Sales Opportunities – Conduct market research and actively seek out new prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media. ✓ Customer Engagement & Sales Growth – Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and influence them to buy steel online. ✓ Deal Closure & Objection Handling – Negotiate and close sales deals while effectively managing customer concerns. ✓ Sales Reporting & Analysis – Maintain regular sales reports and track performance to improve sales outcomes. ✓ Collaboration & Teamwork – Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and achieve business targets. ✓ Customer Feedback & Market Insights – Gather feedback from clients and share insights to refine sales strategies. Requirements and skills ✓ Sales Experience: 3-5 years in sales with a proven track record of meeting targets. ✓ Education: A degree in Marketing or related fields is preferred. ✓ Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. ✓ Tech Knowledge: Must be good at MS Office, especially Excel. ✓ Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (extra languages are a bonus!). ✓ Work Ethic: Must be self-driven, handle 150-300 calls daily, and focus on growing the business. Job Description – Procurement Executive Position Title: Procurement Executive Department: Procurement & Supply Chain Location: vishakapatnam Job Summary: The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management processes to ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability. Negotiate purchase terms, prices, and contracts with vendors. Raise purchase orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain and update vendor database and procurement records. Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications. Track inventory levels and forecast future procurement requirements. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and service providers. Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness. Prepare regular procurement reports and cost analysis for management review. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management. Familiarity with vendor management and purchase order systems. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage priorities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems (if applicable). Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles (for Executive level). Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, construction, steel industry] is an added advantage.
