Senior Accountant

Job Role: Senior Accountant – CA Firm

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Chartered Accountancy firm. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage client portfolios, and support the firm’s financial advisory functions. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting for multiple clients, including bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and assist in tax planning and statutory compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and assist in statutory audits as required.
• Handle MIS reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis for client businesses.
• Guide and supervise junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide accounting or tax-related advisory.
• Ensure documentation, processes, and accounting systems comply with current regulations and firm standards.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Tally, accounting software, GST portal, and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
