Make outgoing calls to existing customers on a monthly basis for order follow-up and relationship management. Note down all customer orders and inquiries accurately. Ensure smooth coordination with the CRM team to verify timely processing of customer orders. Maintain customer relationships with professionalism and prompt response. Candidate Requirements: Experience in chemical sales (knowledge of listed items preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate between customers and internal teams effectively. Proficiency in using CRM systems will be an advantage.
