Job Description

Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Derawal Nagar, Delhi
Experience: 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Finalization of Accounts:
Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets and complete Books of Accounts.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Day-to-Day Accounting:
Manage purchase, bank, and expense entries.
Verify sales and purchase bills and maintain accurate transaction records.
Working Capital Management:
Monitor and manage the company’s working capital.
Ensure timely collection of debtors and payments to vendors.
GST & Taxation:
Handle complete GST filings, reconciliations, and related documentation.
Coordinate with the company’s Chartered Accountant for audits and submissions.
Manage TDS, TCS, and TAN-related compliance.
Banking & Reconciliations:
Maintain personal and company banking records in Tally.
Handle day-to-day banking operations and reconciliations.
Supervise account clearance and related documentation.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure correctness of all figures.
Monitor and reconcile e-commerce transactions (Amazon, etc.).
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial data.
Year-End Activities:
Set up necessary accounting structures for the new financial year.
Finalize books at year-end and prepare billing formats for the upcoming year.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
