Senior Accountant – Real Estate

Position Overview:

Role: Senior Accountant
Location: Preet Vihar, Delhi

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: 3–5 years in accounting, preferably in real estate or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage full-spectrum GST, TDS, and Income Tax processes—filing, reconciliation, and returns.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations, prepare trial balances, and assist with audits.
• Utilize Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with project teams to monitor costs, collections, and cash flow.
• Support preparation of budgets, project cost tracking, and financial projections.
• Liaise with auditors, statutory authorities, and tax consultants as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all accounting and tax-related workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Chartered Accountant (CA – Intermediate), or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, ideally within real estate or construction sectors.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and report automation.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian GST, TDS, and corporate taxation procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) is a plus.
