Job Description

Candidate with 8+years of Real Estate Accounting Experience in Bengaluru Market is must.

As a Senior Accountant, you will manage the company’s financial operations, contracts, and purchases, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting:

Oversee financial transactions (AP/AR), maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Taxation:

Handle taxation (GST, income tax), file tax returns, and stay updated on tax regulations.

Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data, prepare reports (income statements, balance sheets), and provide recommendations.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, monitor performance.

Audit & Compliance:

Coordinate internal and external audits, ensure regulatory compliance, including RERA requirements.

Contracts & Purchases:

Oversee financial aspects of contracts and purchase agreements, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to review contract terms and manage vendor payments.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor junior finance staff, providing support and guidance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s/CPA preferred).
8+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, contracts, and purchases, must in real estate.
Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, RERA, and proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel).
Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
