Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and other financial performance metrics for management review. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial targets. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, helping to drive business decisions and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development.
