Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently handle end-to-end accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally and sound knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.
Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and support audit requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Maintain inventory and asset registers in Tally.
Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and management for smooth financial operations.
Handle complete accounting cycle independently — from data entry to finalization.

Skills & Qualifications

Expert-level knowledge of Tally (Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial processes.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Background

Prior experience in a small or mid-sized firm handling accounting end-to-end.
Exposure to GST filing, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
Experience coordinating with auditors or consultants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
