City - Noida Minimum 5 Years of experience required Preparing accounts and tax returns Activity involved in categorising all kinds of entries and posting in the Accounts books, as well as Final Statements including Profit & Loss Account, Trial Balance, Bank Reconciliation, Sundry Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation, Account Payable & Receivable Statements & Annual Balance Sheet. Manage the Company Tax Compliance, Knowledge of GST, GST filing and GST Reconciliation as per return with accounts books, GST Registration Cash book handling and report to authorize person and team on daily basis. Inventory knowledge and maintain inventory in tally. Maintaining Day to Day transaction details like cash voucher maintenance, Bank Reconciliation, sales, Purchase bills Entry, creditors, debtors bills & payment followers Income tax Knowledge. And Timely deposit and submit returns, ROC work and Departmental Works etc. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns including TDS, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts Should be proficient in Tally Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the inventory stock, orders, purchases, sales Purchase and sales management Coordinate with teams and departments on a pan-India level for financial control Supervise payroll and statutory related matters. Supervise and prepare MIS reports as updates to the CEO and top management
