Financial Control & Supervision • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of all financial entries • Supervise Accounts Executives and verify their work • Ensure timely monthly closing and reconciliation of accounts
Compliance & Reporting • Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow support) • Ensure accurate vendor payment schedules and documentation
Billing & Documentation • Verify bills, supplier invoices, purchase entries, and expense vouchers • Approve daily expense entries as per the approval matrix • Maintain financial documents, agreements, and audit files
Cash Flow & Expense Monitoring • Monitor incoming/outgoing payments and update daily cash flow • Track showroom-wise expenses and verify supporting documents • Report irregularities or discrepancies to the Finance Manager / MD
Internal Control • Implement and monitor internal financial controls • Ensure strong documentation, audit readiness, and accounting discipline • Support stock valuation and assist inventory audits
