1. Billing & Documentation • Generate invoices for sales orders through ERP/accounting software. • Ensure correct application of GST, discounts, and price lists. • Issue delivery challans, debit/credit notes as required. • Maintain digital and physical copies of all billing documents. 2. Inventory Management • Maintain stock records of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. • Conduct daily stock reconciliation with warehouse & cold room reports. • Implement FIFO system for stock movement. • Monitor minimum stock levels and prepare replenishment alerts. 3. Coordination & Reporting • Coordinate with Sales Executives for order confirmation. • Work with Production Manager to ensure raw material issue vs production usage matches. • Update Finished Goods (FG) Stock Report daily. • Share weekly/monthly billing & inventory reports with management. 4. Compliance & Control • Ensure accuracy in GST billing; provide data to the outsourced accounts team for filing. • Support audit requirements by maintaining stock & billing records. • Minimise discrepancies between system stock and physical stock.
