JOB TYPE : FULL TIME

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions, ensuring transparency and compliance with accounting standards .
• Preparation of Financial Statements: Prepare essential financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the organization's financial health.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, costs, and revenue forecasts, assisting management in making informed financial decisions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, helping to guide the organization’s financial planning.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, and advising on tax strategies.
• Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to assess the accuracy of financial records and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required. Advanced certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are often preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is advantageous, with familiarity in accounting software and financial reporting tools
• CA firm experience preferable

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and record-keeping.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to convey financial information clearly to stakeholders.

Work Environment Accountants typically work in an office setting. They may work for public accounting firms, corporations, or government agencies, and may need to travel for client meetings or audits.
