Senior Accountant

MALE CANDIDATE ONLY ( 35- 45 Yrs)

Must have 8+ years of experience in core accounts and finance. who can be part of the team and also lead the team of accounts.

CTC - 50-55 K max

Job Responsibility:

• Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances and bank statements,
• Preparing financial statements & maintaining the general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures
• Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas
• Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses
• Assisting in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management
• Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules
• Supervising accounting staff ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.
• Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile all accounts payable and receivable.
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
• Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process
• Provide input into the department’s goal-setting process
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and Strengthen internal controls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
