Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing accounting operations.

1. Accounting and Bookkeeping

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in

  Tally Prime

  or

  Tally ERP 9

• Maintain accurate ledgers and trial balance
• Journal entries, receipts, payments, contra, sales, purchase, and adjustment entries

2. GST Compliance

• Preparation and filing of

  GST Returns

  (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
• Matching of purchase and sales data with GST portal (Input Tax Credit reconciliation)
• Filing e-way bills when required
• Timely communication with vendors/customers for GST mismatch resolution

3. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

• Deduct and deposit TDS as per applicable rates and timelines
• Filing of

  TDS returns

  (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.)
• Generation and issue of

  TDS certificates

  (Form 16/16A)

4. Invoicing

• Creation of

  GST-compliant invoices

  (Sales, Purchase, Debit Note, Credit Note)
• Ensuring correct tax calculation (CGST, SGST, IGST)
• Timely issuance of invoices and following up on receivables

5. Inventory Management

• Maintaining stock records in Tally
• Recording of stock inward/outward
• Stock valuation, tracking batch/expiry, godown-wise inventory
• Reconciliation of physical vs book inventory

6. Bank Reconciliation

• Regular reconciliation of bank statements with books
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies
