The Sales Manager/ Regional Manager will oversee and manage the sales operations for a group of territories or regions within a designated cluster. This includes the onboarding of new distributors, ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies, and driving sales growth in the cluster. The role requires close collaboration with distributors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to maximize product availability, sales performance, and brand visibility across the cluster. Key Responsibilities : Distributor Onboarding & Management : Identify potential distributors within the assigned cluster and onboard them to expand market coverage. Guide new distributors through the onboarding process, ensuring they meet all contractual and operational standards. Provide ongoing training, support, and product knowledge to distributors to enhance their sales capabilities. Monitor distributor performance and provide feedback to ensure alignment with company objectives.
