Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance and Accounts Incharge. The position is located in Noida, though some work from home is acceptable. The Finance and Accounts Incharge will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, overseeing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include account management, analyzing financial data, providing training to junior staff, and enhancing communication with internal and external stakeholders. Effective customer service and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in financial data analysis
• Excellent Communication skills tailored to various stakeholders
• Experience in Customer Service with a focus on financial queries and support
• Expertise in Account Management to oversee financial transactions and records
• Ability to provide Training to junior staff
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or CA is a plus
