Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships Promote products and services through outdoor/field marketing and sales visits Generate leads and convert prospects into customers Maintain product knowledge and communicate key benefits to potential buyers Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis in assigned areas Assist in brand awareness and promotional campaigns Candidate Requirements: Experience: 07 years (Freshers welcome for junior roles) Qualification: From 10th pass to Graduate, depending on the role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Languages: English, Hindi, Assamese (preferred) Sales experience in any of the listed industries will be an advantage Must be comfortable with outdoor field work and client visits Two-wheeler preferred for mobility (for field and area-based roles) Willingness to travel for regional business development Salary & Benefits: Salary Range: ?12,000 ?70,000 per month (based on role and experience) Travel Allowance (TA) + Daily Allowance (DA) Performance-based incentives and bonuses Opportunities to work with leading industry players across the North East Fast-track career growth for top performers
