Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager for our Bengaluru headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing key accounts, and driving business growth. The Senior Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensure exceptional service delivery, and develop strategies to meet client needs and company goals. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of contracts and client projects.

• Strategic Planning, Account Growth, and Business Development experience
• Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills
• Leadership, Team Coordination, and Conflict Resolution Skills
• Reconciliation & Payment of GSTR 1 / 3B/ 2B & TDS Filling.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry is a plus.
