Senior Account Manager

Orion Group Of Hotels is looking for Accounts Manager who will be responsible for managing the hotel’s overall accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective financial controls. The ideal candidate should have strong hotel accounting experience and the ability to manage day-to-day finance operations independently. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations including AR, AP, cash, bank, and general ledger Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure timely closure of books and submission of MIS reports to management Monitor revenue, expenses, and cost controls across hotel operations Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities Oversee payroll processing and salary disbursements Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company transactions Implement and monitor internal financial controls and SOPs Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ICWA preferred) Minimum 5–6 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality/hotel industry Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems and ERP/software Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills Ability to handle multiple properties (if required) Location: As per Orion Group of Hotels requirements Industry: Hospitality
