Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who can own and grow key client relationships while ensuring consistent delivery, clear communication, and long-term partnership value. This role requires strong client judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to balance relationship management with execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable plans
• Drive account growth through deeper engagement, renewals, and upsell opportunities
• Ensure smooth delivery by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders
• Manage client expectations, timelines, and commercial discussions
• Track account performance, KPIs, and service quality metrics
• Address escalations proactively and drive resolution with a solution-oriented approach
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and account health status

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Relationship Management
• Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with competing priorities
• Strong commercial understanding and contract awareness
• Experience working closely with delivery, operations, or recruitment teams
• High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
