Senior Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and a deep understanding of content strategy and management across healthcare and pharma sector. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, oversee the execution of digital campaigns, and drive content-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns with a particular focus on content creation.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the client’s brand and digital goals.
• Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients for optimization.
• Supervise junior account managers and content teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts through content and digital strategies.

Key Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and account management, with expertise in content strategy across healthcare and pharma sector .
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple clients and content-focused projects.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Experience in content, social media and digital campaign management.
