Senior Account Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities: ·        Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. ·        Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. ·        Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings in compliance with statutory requirements. ·        Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and regulatory inspections (specific to medical device industry). ·        Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company transactions regularly. ·        Monitor costing, pricing, and inventory valuation aligned with manufacturing and medical equipment production. ·        Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments for expense tracking and financial control. ·        Support in preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, and budget forecasts for management review. ·        Assist in internal & external audits, ensuring timely submission of required reports. ·        Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations. ·        Provide financial insights to management for cost optimization and profitability improvement. ·        Guide and supervise junior accounts staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Required Qualifications & Skills: ·        B.COM/M.COM/Tally/SAP Preferable. ·        Knowledge of audit practices, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance. ·         4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing sector. ·         Proven experience in statutory compliance and audit handling.
