Senior Account Executive

As an experienced Accountant at iAdept Marketing, your role will involve managing financial operations to ensure compliance with Indian and international accounting standards and import-export regulations. Your specific focus will be on import-export transactions and customs compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports - Manage ledgers and conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures - Ensure strict adherence to Indian tax laws and international trade regulations - Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers for timely clearance - Maintain accurate records of all import and export-related financial transactions and documentation - Conduct internal audits, assist with external audits, and implement financial controls - Develop and monitor budgets, provide financial forecasts, and analyze performance - Utilize accounting software like QuickBooks and SAP for financial data integrity Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting - Proven experience as an Accountant with exposure to import-export operations in India - Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, SAP, and QuickBooks - Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel - Familiarity with Indian customs, GST, and relevant trade laws - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Joining iAdept Marketing, established in 2002, you will be part of a team that wholesales, trades, imports, and exports high-quality Electronic Equipment.
