We are looking for a Senior Academic Counselor to guide students and parents in making the right career choices and lead our admissions team.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on suitable courses, career opportunities, and growth paths.
• Convert leads into admissions through telecalling, face-to-face counseling, and follow-ups.
• Mentor, train, and support junior counselors/telecallers in achieving their targets.
• Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and presentations when required.
• Maintain admission reports, CRM data, and ensure smooth admission procedures.
• Work closely with the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly/annual admission targets.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to management.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in academic counseling / education sales / career guidance.
• Strong communication & convincing skills in Malayalam & English (Hindi is a plus).
• Proven ability to achieve admission/enrollment targets.
• Ability to handle a team and guide them effectively.
• Energetic, student-friendly, and result-driven personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

Pay: ₹11,599.03 - ₹32,715.91 per month
