Position Title: Senior Academic Counsellor

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Senior Academic Counsellor to support students in making informed academic and career decisions. The role involves delivering personalized guidance, assisting with admissions, and ensuring students enroll in programs that align with their interests and aspirations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and a performance-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling

• Provide individualized academic and career counselling to students and parents.
• Assess students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and goals to recommend suitable courses and pathways.
• Address inquiries regarding eligibility, program details, learning outcomes, and career prospects.

2. Program Guidance

• Clearly explain program structures, key curriculum components, and expected learning outcomes.
• Stay updated on new educational trends, academic programs, and institutional policies.

3. Follow-Up & Conversion

• Engage proactively with prospective students through follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Guide students through documentation, application, and enrolment processes.
• Work towards achieving high conversion rates through consistent engagement and support.

4. Target Achievement

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive admissions growth.

5. Record Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counselling sessions, inquiries, and conversions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on counselling performance and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Psychology preferred).
• Prior experience in academic counselling or tele sales are mandatory.
