Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Visualizer with over 7 years of experience in architectural visualization (archviz) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the archviz pipeline, from concept development to final renderings, and will be responsible for creating stunning visual representations of architectural designs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, artistic vision, and strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling:

   Create high-quality 3D models of architectural projects using software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or SketchUp.

• Texturing and Materials:

   Develop realistic textures and materials, ensuring proper UV mapping and optimization for rendering.

• Lighting Setup:

   Implement effective lighting techniques to enhance the mood and realism of visualizations, utilizing rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona.

• Rendering:

   Produce photorealistic images and animations, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet project specifications.

• Post-Processing:

   Utilize software like Adobe Photoshop and After Effects for final touch-ups, enhancing the overall presentation of visualizations.

• Animation:

   Create dynamic walkthroughs and flyovers to effectively showcase architectural designs to clients and stakeholders.

• Collaboration:

   Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret design concepts and deliver exceptional visual presentations.

• Project Management:

   Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in 3D visualization, specifically in architectural visualization.
• Proficient in 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona).
• Strong knowledge of texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Experience with post-processing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, After Effects).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural visualization projects.
