This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with 1 years’ experience, passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to real-world architectural projects from day one. We ideally require someone who loves sketching, doodling and with an artistic flair Responsibilities: Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Strong design skills, ideally using 3DS Max or similar and up to date rendering software such as Corona, V-Ray Support design development and concept planning Work on AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop for daily tasks Prepare working drawings and technical detailing under guidance Working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers. Participate in client meetings, material selections, and site visits to monitor progress, take measurements, and gather data. You are a proactive and experienced Project Engineer sought to manage and oversee high-end residential and commercial interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent site coordination abilities, and a results-driven approach to project execution Roles and Responsibilities Review and analysis all Civil, MEP & Joinery drawing materials, Schedules/programs of work, etc. Coordination with Ekaa Architects and consultants for design development and site coordination Coordinating all activities with the various teams on site. Review the shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project. All stakeholder management and work progress monitoring onsite. Weekly and monthly meetings. with client and all stakeholders Reviewing submittals prior to the submission to the client Engage with authority at the beginning of the project to ensure that all temporary utilities (power and water) are provided on time and do the same with closing out of project to ensure the disconnection of utility services. Ensure the harmonies working relationship between the contractor and Ekaa, understanding that open communication and teamwork are to be promoted and that an adversarial management style will be detrimental to the project. Coordinating between MEP and civil drawings at the site. Coordination and attending meeting with subcontractors, contractor, client, supplier. Materials / Work inspection to inspect with Ekaa Design Lead / Project Manager Day to day monitoring work and planning entire work. Monitoring of work as per specification and standards. Identification of subcontractors and suppliers& collecting questions & close coordination with subcontractors. Delivering the projects as per clients agreed timelines. Quality control at all stages of the project. Checking the installations as per approved checklists. Attending the site walk for Handing over of project to the clients and rectifications of observed points. Experience & Qualifications B.E/B.Tech in Civil-Arch 3 to 5yrs experience with an Architectural, Interior Firm handling Interior Fit-Out Projects You must possess a strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and interior finishing standards. Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings, and MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools is necessary. Good command over MS Excel, Word, and email communication is required. Excellent site supervision and team coordination skills are essential. Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines is crucial. Familiarity with local building regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards is expected You should be flexible to travel to project sites as needed and possess strong interpersonal and leadership qualities. Knowledge of billing, BOQ checking, and contractor handling will be an advantage.
