Senior 3D Visualizer

You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, animations, and CGI-based walkthroughs for architecture and interiors. This involves collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to interpret drawings, sketches, and mood boards. You will need to develop photorealistic lighting, materials, textures, and compositions using advanced rendering techniques. Additionally, you will produce CGI-driven cinematic walkthroughs, VR-ready models, and presentation outputs for client meetings and marketing. It is important to optimize 3D scenes for speed and quality while maintaining visual fidelity. You will also be expected to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring consistent quality. Staying updated with the latest trends in visualization, rendering engines, and CGI technologies is also a key responsibility. - Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, animations, and CGI-based walkthroughs for architecture and interiors - Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to interpret drawings, sketches, and mood boards - Develop photorealistic lighting, materials, textures, and compositions using advanced rendering techniques - Produce CGI-driven cinematic walkthroughs, VR-ready models, and presentation outputs for client meetings and marketing - Optimize 3D scenes for speed and quality while maintaining visual fidelity - Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring consistent quality - Stay updated with the latest trends in visualization, rendering engines, and CGI technologies - Strong proficiency in 3D visualization and CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) for architecture and interiors - Expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Lumion, or Blender - Solid understanding of CGI lighting, camera composition, and material realism - Experience in CGI animation / walkthrough creation using Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, or After Effects - Strong post-production skills using Photoshop and Illustrator - Familiarity with AutoCAD / Revit for model referencing and accuracy - Bonus: Knowledge of cinematic rendering, motion graphics, or VR visualization You should hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or Visual Communication. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional design or visualization environment is required.
