Senior Landscape Architect

Ekaa is seeking a professional with significant experience in landscape architecture, typically with over 5 years of experience, who manages and designs projects, often leading teams and mentoring junior staff. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape design from concept to construction, including planning, documentation, and site supervision. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Managing budgets, schedules, and teams for landscape projects.
• Design and Documentation: Developing landscape designs, creating construction drawings, and producing technical specifications.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Communicating with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Mentoring junior staff and leading design teams.
• Technical Expertise: Possessing strong knowledge of landscape design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Software Proficiency: Utilizing various landscape design software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Sustainable Design: Integrating sustainable practices into designs.
• Site Inspections: Conducting site visits to oversee construction and ensure quality.
• Specialization: May specialize in a specific project type (e.g., parks, residential) or project phase.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture, with experience on large-scale projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software, 3D modeling, and visualization tools.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to solve design challenges and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with local and international regulations, such as LEED or SITES.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
