Job Title: 3D Artist / 3D Visualizer

Location : Office (Model Town)

Department: Design / Visualization

Reports To: Design Head / Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Artist / 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for interior and exterior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, technical proficiency, and at least 5 years of professional experience in architectural visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

Create realistic 3D visualizations and renderings for both interior and exterior design projects.

Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand concepts and requirements.

Develop detailed 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials using professional software.

Produce high-quality photo-realistic images, walkthroughs, and animations when required.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Keep up-to-date with new trends, techniques, and software in 3D visualization and design.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a 3D Artist / 3D Visualizer in the interior or architectural design field.

Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Lumion / Unreal / Blender (as applicable).

Strong understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and color.

Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to interpret design briefs and bring concepts to life.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education:

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related field.
