Lead Architect

As a Lead Architect at Ekaa The Design Collective in Trivandrum, your role will involve managing design projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include preparing and presenting design proposals, communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery, and staying updated on current design trends. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure compliance with industry regulations and professional standards, as well as provide mentorship to junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion - Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver innovative solutions - Prepare and present design proposals to clients - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders - Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget - Continually update knowledge and stay abreast of current design trends - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and professional standards - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members Qualifications Required: - A degree in Architecture is a must - Proven experience in managing and leading commercial & residential projects, with a passion for interiors - Exceptional creativity and innovation in design - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects - Proficiency in using architectural software - A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality At Ekaa The Design Collective, you will have the opportunity to work as a Lead Architect and develop your team. This is a Partner Track Opportunity. The job is full-time with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, day shift schedule, joining bonus, and quarterly bonus.
