Senior 3D Visualizer

As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets by modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating characters, environments, and objects. Your technical expertise in industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Maya, and 3ds Max, along with rendering engines, will be crucial for the role. You will collaborate closely with animators, designers, and other artists to integrate 3D assets into various projects. Your role will also involve mentoring and providing leadership to junior artists, offering guidance, feedback, and ensuring quality control. As a problem-solver, you will troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to production challenges. Quality control is essential, and you will review 3D art pieces, providing constructive feedback to maintain high artistic standards. Moreover, understanding project requirements, managing deadlines, and collaborating with stakeholders for effective project management will be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications: - Proven track record in 3D art production, typically with 5+ years of experience - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D skills including modeling, texturing, and animation - Creative and artistic skills with a solid understanding of art principles, color theory, and composition - Proficiency in 3D software and rendering engines - Effective communication and collaboration skills for teamwork with other departments - Leadership capabilities to mentor and guide junior artists - Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing project requirements You will be working full-time in a permanent position with benefits including health insurance and performance bonuses.
