We are currently seeking Senior Animators to craft high-quality animations of characters and elements that convey emotion, movement, action, and personality in alignment with the project's style. Responsibilities include: - Demonstrated experience in animating for feature films, VFX, TV series, ride films, or games. - Passion and proficiency in animating character performance and lip sync. - Maintaining high standards within the team, meeting deadlines, and mentoring entry-level animators. - Collaborating with the team, embracing feedback, and escalating technical issues when necessary. - Scripting in python and MEL is essential. - Strong understanding of animation principles, camera language, and traditional animation basics. - Proficiency in Maya, camera animation, and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues, and adapt to a dynamic pipeline. Requirements: - Degree in classical animation, film, or related field, or equivalent production animation experience. - Ability to script in python and MEL. - Strong sense of animation basics, acting, staging, posing, weight, timing, and storytelling. - Understanding of camera language, framing, perspective, lenses, coverage, continuity, camera movement, blocking, etc. - Team player with exemplary communication skills and organizational abilities. - Extensive knowledge of Maya, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure. Brownie Points: - Previs experience is a plus. - Knowledge of rigging is advantageous. - Understanding of human and animal anatomy and life drawing skills.,
